Biography:
Scott is a native of Wayne City, Illinois and plans to graduate from Greenville College in 2013. He is majoring in History Education. In 2008-2009 he was !st Team Midland Trail Conference and he received the Varsity letter all four years of high school. At his high school, Wayne City High, he receive the Offensive Baseball Award three times and Defensive Award twice. We are excited to have Scotty here as a great influence on and off the field.

Why do you want to play baseball in Niagara Falls?
First and foremost, to grow in my faith and learn to be a better witness to others. Second, to grow as a baseball player
What do you hope to do after college?
I hope to become a Jr. High or High School history teacher. Hopefully living in the beautiful state of Colorado.
Biggest thing that has surprised you in life after high school?
The amount of hard work and dedication it actually takes to be a successful collegiate baseball player.

I like just about everything but if I had to pick I'd say country.

probably nothing, baseball is the only sport I'm any good at?
Who has had the biggest positive influence on your life, other than your parents?
Grandpa
If you were going to do "mission" work what country and why?
Dominican Republic, it's a place where I can spread the Gospel while they also would appreciate my love for baseball

I could go without a TV easily
When did you start playing baseball?
Since I can remember, played in my first pee-wee league at probably 5 or 6
Favorite Baseball Memory?
My sophomore year of high school, we were playing in the regional semifinal game and we were a pretty big underdog. I came up in the bottom of the 7th with the tying run on first and I ended up hitting a walk-off home run on the first pitch. Pretty cool moment to be a part of.
Ideal/Favorite Pet or no pet?
Dog, not picky on what kind, as long as it's a dog
Best and worst food:
I like all kinds of food I can't pick just one, but my most hated food is definitely onions! I am completely repulsed by them!
