Biography:
Kevin comes to us from MidAmerica Nazarene University (where some great previous Power players have originated from) and plans to graduate in 2012.  He resides in Berthoud, Colorado and is majoring in Organizational Leadership/Business Track.    In college he led the HAAC with the most double plays turned and started in every game either as shortstop or pitcher.  In high school he was 1st Team All-Conference SS his junior and senior year, All-State Honorable Mention SS his senior year and on the Reporter Herald All-Area Team.  He qualified for the Under Armour/Baseball Factory National Team as SS and RHP in 2007 and was the Top Preseason SS in the state of Colorado by the Rocky Mountain News as a senior.  To add to his list he received the School Athlete MVP Award.  We are looking forward to having Kevin join the Power this summer!

Biggest Thing That Has Surprised You About College: Although people say it is the most fun time of your life it is also the busiest...at least for now 
What do you hope to do after college?:  Have a family and serve God with whatever He leads me too
Why do you want to play baseball in Niagara Falls?:  To play baseball in a fun, Christian atmosphere that will help me become a better person and ball player

Favorite MLB Player Ever: Greg Brock (My high school baseball coach who played with the Dodgers and Brewers)

Do you have siblings?: Yes           Brother(s)/Sister(s)?: Jason, 23 and Hayley, 16
If you couldn't play baseball what sport would you play?:  Basketball

Who has had the biggest positive influence on your life?:  My parents, my brother/sister and my Great-Uncle Floyd
If you could have dinner with three people, alive or dead, who would they be?:  Jesus, my brother, and my girlfriend, Ashley
Do you have any non sports related talents?  (ie singing, playing guitar, etc):  I'm not positive but most people would say I'm an excellent sleep talker!
Morning person or night owl?:  night owl
Messy or OCD?:  Not to the extreme but leaning toward the OCD side
If you could step inside a Bible character's life for a day who would it be and why? 
Paul, because of how his life shows the power of God's grace to change lost sinners.  His life gives me much hope that God can even use someone like me.
How many minutes a day do you spend texting?:  I don't even want to know
When did you start playing baseball?:  Ever since I could fit a baseball in my hand...started playing organized ball when I was five
Favorite Baseball Memory:  There are so many great baseball memories, but probably whenever my family was in the stands cheering me on in the good, bad, and ugly games
Ideal Vacation:  Australia
Ideal/Favorite Pet:  Dogs
If you had to eat only one food for an entire month what would it be?:  Chick-fil-A or Ice Cream
Most embarrassing and most proud moment:  Most embarrassing moment would be bunting a curveball off of a pitching machine into my face before my high school senior game in which I was the only senior on the team.  On top of that, I signed my letter of committment to play college ball with MidAmerica Nazarene University that day after the game (the black eye was perfect for the pictures!)  My most proud moment was the day I was baptized and accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of my life on 2/20/2000 at 2pm.
